Violet Al Shisha Hotel - Mecca

Clean facilities and cute staff .

The hotel was fairly clean with excellent interior and nestled in a really nice building. The double room was wonderful, included shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet. I was there before and would come here again.

Fast check in and great service. Very comfy bed, clean bathroom and climate control, a safe and multi-channel television in the room. Breakfast with all arabic dishes, flexible and decent staff, best value. Location just next door to Masjid al-Haram, the city center and Al Aziziyah.

I stayed for 4 nights, and while the room was clean and comfy, the shuttle bus service was pretty dodgy. Breakfast had heaps of variety, though!

Peaceful location, within short walking distance of everywhere. Modern design of interiors in suite. Easy check in & the service was excellent.

The hotel is fairly clean with delicious breakfasts and cooperative staff. It boasts favourable, pleasant location close to mataf, the mosque.

The hourly shuttle services made it easy to reach historic and islamic attractions in just a few minutes. Plus, the breakfast spread was really good, and the children's play zone kept the kids entertained.

The family suite offered easy access with two doors next to each other, convenient for larger groups. The double room had a decent setup, though it was a bit cramped during peak hours.

The rooms and toilets are quite small. There were significant noise issues due to thin walls, which could turn a quiet night into chaos if neighbors were loud. Room service was a hassle. There was no physical menu available, just a barcode that led to further confusion when trying to place orders. Plus, the persistent taxi drivers outside made stepping out a chore, often pressuring you even after declining their offers.

The double room featured a nice seating area, and the staff were accommodating, helping with room selection. The breakfast had a great variety. The underground parking was a plus.

It was a bit far from the Masjid Alharam.

Clean facilities and a beautifully designed building. The staff was accommodating, and I appreciated the efforts to meet my room preferences. On the downside, the shuttle bus service was frustrating, as it dropped me quite far from the Haram, requiring a lengthy walk back.

Supportive staff, enjoyed the children's play area. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The shuttle service was convenient for getting to the mosque, and the breakfast spread was awesome. This was my second time in mecca, and i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and helpful staff even more during this long stay.

An Exceedingly Comfortable Stay!

The complimentary shuttle service was a fantastic bonus, with access to the holy sites. The breakfast selection was extensive, catering to all tastes. I highly recommend trying the local dishes! Just a heads-up about the safe box delay. Patience might be needed.
